摘 要:通过对山东省龙美农业发展有限公司油用牡丹栽培基地‘凤丹’牡丹植株生长状况不同的地块进行分级和土壤取样分析,确定了判断偏碱性土壤是否适合栽培牡丹的关键指标及阈值范围.认为牡丹在土壤pH值低于9.0时可正常生长;在偏碱性土壤条件下,植株生长状况与土壤溶液电导率(EC)和Na+含量显著相关.对于菏泽及周边地形地貌、土质相似的偏碱性土壤,在评估是否适栽牡丹时,可将EC值作为首选指标,当EC低于500μs/cm时,对牡丹生长没有抑制,当EC高于500μs/cm,需加测Na^+含量,当Na^+含量低于150mg/kg时可以栽植牡丹.This article measures and analyses some soil samples from oil peony field in Longmei Agricultural development in Shandong.The key indicators and their value range of whether peony can be cultivated in the alkaline soil are determined.It is considered that peony could grow normally when the soil pH value is below 9.0.The plant growth status is significantly related to soil solution conductivity(EC)and Na^+ content.EC value can be used as a primary index to assess whether peony can be planted in alkaline soil in Heze and the surrounding.When EC value is lower than 500μs/cm,it doesn't inhibit the growth of peony.When EC value is higher than 500μs/cm,the content of Na^+ needs measuring as well,and peony can be planted when the Na^+ content is lower than 150 mg/kg.
