摘 要:为提高常规方法制备的高水通量聚砜中空纤维微滤膜结构和水通量的稳定性,对聚砜中空纤维微滤膜分别进行5%、10%、15%的拉伸后,放入电热鼓风干燥箱中,分别在50℃、60℃、70℃下进行10 min、30 min热处理.结果表明:不同程度的拉伸-热定型对聚砜中空纤维微滤膜结构和水通量有明显影响.本实验中的最佳处理条件是拉伸10%后,60℃热定型10 min,测试80 min时,后处理膜丝的水通量比原丝提高22%;拉伸时膜内产生的应力得到松弛,膜孔径增大,孔间连贯性提高;同时拉伸-热定型导致聚合物分子链发生一定取向,使膜孔结构稳定性提高,水通量衰减得到有效缓解.得出结论为适当的拉伸-热定型对微滤膜的水通量和微孔结构稳定性有一定的提高作用.In order to improve the stability of the structure and the water flux of the hollow fiber microfiltration membrane, the polysulfone hollow fiber microfiltration membrane was stretched at 5% , 10% and 15% , then placed in an electrothermal blast oven for heat treatment at 50 ℃,60 ℃,70 ℃ for 10 min or 30 min. The results show that different degree of stretching-heat setting has obvious effect on the structure and water flux of polysulfone hollow fiber microfiltration membrane. The best treatment condition in this experiment is 10% elongation, heat setting at 60 益 for 10 min, after 80 min, the water flux of post-treatment membrane is 22% higher than that of the primary membrane. The stress generated in the membrane is relaxed, the pore size of the membrane increases, the inter-hole coherence increases, At the same time, the tensile and heat setting resulted in the orientation of the polymer molecular chain, the stability of the membrane pore structure was improved, and the water flux attenuation was effectively alleviated.. Appropriate stretching-heat setting improves the water flux and the microporous structure stability of microfiltration membranes.
