摘 要:为了改善聚氨酯薄膜的易结晶性与力学性能,从原料聚醚着手,以聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMG1000)为起始剂,以一定比例的环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷为原料,通过阴离子开环聚合机理进行四氢呋喃嵌段聚醚(PTMGPO/EO)的合成.分别使用红外、核磁共振及凝胶渗透色谱对所合成聚醚多元醇进行分析、表征,并以合成的PTMG-PO/EO聚醚为原料制作聚氨酯薄膜,与常规PEO聚醚所制成的聚氨酯薄膜进行力学性能与透湿性能的比较.结果表明:PUPTMG-PO/EO薄膜透湿量为10 288 g/(m2·(24 h)),PUPTMG-PO/EO薄膜断裂强度为35 MPa,断裂伸长率为550%,使用所合成的PTMG-PO/EO聚醚制成的聚氨酯薄膜具有高的力学性能与良好的透湿性.In order to improve the crystallinity and mechanical properties of polyurethane film, starting from the raw material polyether, using poly (THF) ether glycol as starting agent, a certain proportion of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide as raw materials, tetrahydrofuran block polyether(PTMG-PO/EO) was synthesized via anionic ring opening polymerization. IR, NMR and gel permeation chromatography were performed to characterize and analyze the synthesized polyether polyol polyurethane film was synthesized by using PTMG -PO/EO polyether as raw material, its mechanical properties and moisture permeability was compared with the polyurethane films prepared by conventional PEO polyether. Results show, the moisture permeability for PUPTMG-PO/EO thin film is 10 288 g/(m2, (24 h)), the fracture strength of PUptmg -po /eo is 35 MPa, the elongation at break is 550%, the polyurethane film made from the synthesized PTMG-PO/EO polyether has higher mechanical properties and good moisture permeability.
