摘 要:为实现开关电源智能化,系统采用STM32F103ZET6为核心,实现30V^36V步进可调的稳压输出。由STM32的TIM4定时器的PWM模块产生的PWM波经过IR2103驱动电路使得CSD18532KCS开关管工作。按键初始设置电压为30V,系统中设置两个按键,一个作为以1V步进增加电压,一个作为以1V步进减小电压,结合Buck-Boost控制电路。电流检测电路、电阻分压电路实现电压的闭环调节。经实验验证,系统能将检测出的电流,电压实时显示在TFT液晶屏上,转换效率高,并能长时间工作,稳压性能好,电流纹波小,电压调整率,负载调整率高,同时系统具有过流保护自恢复功能。in order to realize the intelligent switching power supply,the system using STM32F103ZET6 as the core,to achieve 30灾耀 36V step adjustable voltage regulator output.The PWM wave generated by the PWM module of the TIM4 timer of the STM32 passes through the IR2103 drive circuit to make the CSD18532KCS switch work.The initial setting voltage of the button is 30V.System set up two buttons,one as a step increase to 1V voltage,another as a step reduced to 1V volt- age,combined with Buck-Boost control circuit,current detection circuit and the resistance partial pressure circuit to realize the closed loop regulation of voltage.Verified by the experiment,the system can detect the current and voltage and display on the TFT LCD screen at the same time.it has high conversion efficiency,good voltage regulation performance,small current ripple,high voltage regulation and load regulation.Meanwhile,the system has the function of over-current protection since the recovery at the same time.
