摘  要:目的:探讨泌尿系感染大肠埃希菌耐药情况。方法:收集进行尿细菌培养的1200例患者病历。结果:1200例标本共培养出病原菌株750株,其中革兰阴性杆菌545株,革兰阳性菌132株,真菌73株。氨苄西林耐药率最高,随后是环丙沙星、复方新诺明、左氧氟沙星、头孢唑啉等。结论:对泌尿生殖道感染要引起重视,做好医院耐药的监测工作,防止耐药菌传播。Objective:To investigate the drug resistance of escherichia coli in urinary tract infection.Methods:A total of 1200 patients with urine bacterial culture were collected.Results:A total of 750 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated from 1200 specimens,in which 545 were gram negative,132 were gram positive,and 73 were fungi.Ampicillin had the highest rate of resistance,followed by ciprofloxacin,sulfamethoxazole,levofloxacin,cefazolin and so on.Conclusion:Urinary and reproductive tract infections should be pay attention,and the monitoring of drug resistance should be carried out to prevent the transmission of drug-resistant bacteria.
