摘　　要：目的:探讨开放性手外伤在基层医院的诊治。方法:收治开放性手外伤患者35例,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:经彻底清创、复位、固定等方法治疗治愈34例(97.14%);经清创、复位、固定等方法治疗后,由于创口感染再行治疗后治愈1例(2.86%)。结论:对开放性手外伤患者,给予正确、及时的清创、复位、固定等方法治疗,可以获得较好的疗效,减少致残率,减少住院费用。Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment of open hand injury in primary hospital.Methods:35 patients with open hand injury were selected,and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:34 cases(97.14%) were cured after thorough debridement,reduction and fixation.1 case(2.86%) was cured with retreatment because of wound infection after thorough debridement,reduction and fixation.Conclusion:For patients with open hand injury,correct and timely debridement,reduction and fixation can achieve better curative effect,and reduce disability and hospitalization expenses.
