摘　　要：目的:探讨关节镜下射频消融术治疗急性膝关节损伤的疗效。方法:收治急性膝关节损伤患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规开放性手术治疗,观察组采用关节镜下射频消融术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组手术时间、术后下床活动时间和住院时间明显短于对照组,术后1个月的Chisholm膝关节功能评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:关节镜下射频消融术治疗急性膝关节损伤的疗效显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of radiofrequency ablation system under arthroscope on acute knee injury.Methods:80 patients with acute knee joint injury were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with conventional open surgery,and the observation group was treated by radiofrequency ablation system under arthroscope.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the operation time,postoperative ambulation time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the knee function score of Chisholm at 1 month after operation was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The clinical effect of radiofrequency ablation system under arthroscope on acute knee injury was significant.
