摘　　要：目的:探讨带蒂皮瓣移植术治疗手部皮肤缺损患者的临床效果。方法:收治手部皮肤缺损患者66例,均采用带蒂皮瓣移植术治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:治疗后,患者的躯体功能、社会功能、心理功能、物质生活状态、总生活质量评分均显著改善(P<0.05)。并发症发生率12.12%。结论:带蒂皮瓣移植术治疗手部皮肤缺损患者的临床效果显著,并发症较少。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of pediculated skin grafting in the treatment of patients with skin defect of the hand.Methods:66 patients with skin defect of the hand were selected.They were treated with pediculated skin grafting.We observed the effect of treatment.Results:After treatment,the physical function,social function,psychological function,material life status and total quality of life scores were significantly improved(P<0.05).The complication rate was 12.12%.Conclusion:The clinical effect of pediculated skin grafting in the treatment of patients with skin defect of the hand was significant,and the complications were less.
