SysmexXT-2000i异常散点图筛检疟原虫感染的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨Sysmex XT-2000i异常散点图筛检疟原虫感染。方法:收治住院发热患者500例,使用Sysmex XT-2000i血液分析仪对发热患者进行血常规检测,然后结合血液检查对相关参数进行分析,并制血涂片,其对象是白细胞分类散点图异常的标本,最终经镜检确定疟原虫感染。结果:经检查后确诊疟原虫感染5例,所有疟疾患者的白细胞分类散点图均出现异常,其中患者的白细胞分类散点图呈现出嗜酸性粒细胞,且中性粒细胞间距变小3例;患者的白细胞分类散点图呈现出嗜酸性粒细胞,且中性粒细胞间无间距2例。结论:对发热患者血液用Sysmex XT-2000i血液分析仪检测,待通过特征性散点图将疟原虫感染筛检出来后,需要经过镜检再确诊。Objective:To investigate the abnormal dispersion of Sysmex XT-2000 i to screen plasmodium infection.Methods:500 hospitalized fever patients were selected,blood tests were performed on febrile patients using the Sysmex XT-2000 i hematology analyzer,and then combined with the blood of the relevant parameters for analysis,then made blood smear,the subjects were white blood cell sorting out of abnormal specimens,and final microscopic examination confirmed plasmodium infection.Results:After examination,5 cases of Plasmodium infection were confirmed,and all the patients with malaria showed abnormal scatter plots,among them,the WBC classification showed eosinophilic granulocyte,and the neutrophil spacing decreased in 3 cases.The WBC classification showed eosinophilic granulocyte,and there were 2 cases without interval between neutrophils.Conclusion:Sysmex XT-2000 i blood analyzer should be used to detect the blood of the fever patients.After the screening of plasmodium infection by characteristic scatter plot,it is necessary to have a microscopic examination to confirm the diagnosis.
