摘　　要：目的:探讨心源性呼吸困难患者应用综合性护理的效果。方法:收治心源性呼吸困难患者138例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各69例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理干预。结果:观察组治疗总有效率、护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心源性呼吸困难患者实施综合护理干预,可提高疗效,增加护理满意度,促进患者康复。Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing care on patients with cardiogenic dyspnea.Methods:138 patients with cardiogenic dyspnea were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 69 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.Results:The total effective rate and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the curative effect,increase the nursing satisfaction and promote the rehabilitation of patients with cardiogenic dyspnea.
