显微超声根管技术处理根管阻塞的临床护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨、分析显微超声根管技术处理根管阻塞的临床护理效果。方法:收治根管阻塞患者31例,患牙31颗。使用显微超声根管技术治疗根管阻塞,并由专业护士在术前、术中及术后进行专业的护理配合。结果:本研究中根管阻塞患者29例,29颗患牙均手术顺利,根管阻塞成功打通,经后续的根管治疗后,均取得成功,成功率高达93.5%。另外患者由于器械分离断针过深,术中经彻底消毒灭菌后进行了填充治疗2例。31例根管阻塞患者在本次治疗过程中均无明显不适,康复顺利。结论:在显微超声根管技术治疗根管阻塞的过程中,专业、全面的术前、术中、术后护理可以提高手术成功率。Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical nursing effect of micro ultrasonic root canal technique in the treatment of root canal obstruction.Methods:31 patients with root canal obstruction were selected,31 diseased teeth.Using microscopic ultrasonic root canal technique to treat root canal obstruction,professional nursing cooperation was carried out before,during and after operation.Results:In this study,29 patients with root canal obstruction and 29 teeth were operated smoothly.The root canal obstruction was successfully opened and successfully treated with subsequent root canal treatment,with a success rate of 93.5%.In addition,2 patients received filling treatment because of the separation of equipment and broken needle after thorough disinfection and sterilization during the operation.31 patients with root canal obstruction had no obvious discomfort during the treatment,and recovered smoothly.Conclusion:In the course of treatment of root canal obstruction by microsurgical root canal therapy,clinical and comprehensive postoperative and postoperative clinical nursing can improve the success rate of operation.
