摘　　要：目的:探讨老年糖尿病患者的社区康复护理方法。方法:收治老年糖尿病患者80例,按照患者就诊编号盲选分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组联合采用针对性的社区护理康复干预方法。结果:护理后观察组患者GLU、HbA_(1c)、TC、TG等水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:社区康复护理服务有助于老年糖尿病患者控制血糖,改善患者的生存质量。Objective:To explore the community rehabilitation nursing methods for elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods:80 elderly patients with diabetes were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the visiting number,with 40 cases in each group.The control group were given routine care,and the observation group were treated with targeted community nursing intervention.Results:The levels of GLU,HbA_(1c),TC and TG in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Community rehabilitation nursing service can help elderly patients with diabetes to control blood sugar,and improve their quality of life.
