基于文献计量学的心律失常患者中无陪护制度研究热点分析

摘　　要：目的通过查阅无陪护护理制度的相关文献,了解国内无陪护制度的发展现状,分析无陪护护理领域的研究热点,为护理管理者提供参考,为医院推行无陪护制度提供依据。方法从万方数据库、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊数据库中检索自建库以来关于无陪护制度的文献。使用Note Express 3.0软件和Bicomb 2.0软件进行文献计量学分析,分析高频关键词的分布情况;使用SPSS 22.0软件对高频关键词进行聚类分析,得到该领域的研究热点。结果共筛选出符合纳排标准的文献457篇,获得高频关键词29个,通过对高频关键词的聚类分析,得到无陪护制度五个研究热点方向。结论通过文献研究发现,无陪护制度在产科、老年病科、骨科、烧伤科、精神科应用较多,结合护士能级划分取得良好应用效果,无陪护制度可以降低医院感染率,提高护理质量。Objective To refer to relevant literatures of no accompanying system to understanding the development of no accompanying system in China, analyzing the research hot spots in the feld, providing references for nursing managers and providing references for hospitals to carry out no accompanying system. Methods Relevant literatures about no accompanying system in Wanfang Database, CNKI and VIP-Chinese Scientifc and Technological Journal Database were searched since the database established. Using Bicomb 2.0 software analyze these literatures distribution including published year, the journal source, the core authors and author’s institutions and high frequency keywords. SPSS 22.0 software was used to the cluster analysis of high frequency keywords, and get the research hot spots in this feld. Results Totally 457 literatures were retrieved according to the exclusion and inlcusion standard. And get 29 high frequency keywords, through the cluster analysis of high frequency keywords, getting four hot research directions. Conclusion Through searching the literature we found that no accompanying system have more applications in Obstetric, Geriatrics, Orthopedic, Burn department and psychiatric. Combine with nursing level division can get good result. No accompanying system can reduce the hospital infection rate and improve the quality of nursing.
