摘　　要：目的:利用近红外光谱法快速鉴别盐酸雷尼替丁胶囊的真伪。方法:以全国不同企业生产的盐酸雷尼替丁胶囊为分析对象,用光纤探头测定近红外反射光谱,光谱预处理方法为一阶导数和矢量归一化法,谱段范围为12000~4000cm^(-1)。结果:模型能够准确鉴别盐酸雷尼替丁胶囊的真伪并区分出不同的生产厂家。结论:所建立的方法可以作为快速鉴别不同厂家生产的雷尼替丁胶囊的参考。Objective To identify Ranitidine Hydrochloride Capsules rapidly by near infrared （NIR）. Methods： With ？ber optic probes, the near-infrared diffuse re？ectance spectroscopy was used to determine Ranitidine Hydrochloride Capsules from different pharmaceutical factories in China. The ？rst derivative followed by vector normalization method was used for spectra pretreating and 12000-4000cm-1 were selected as the frequency ranges. Results： Ranitidine Hydrochloride Capsules model can accurately identify and distinguish between different manufacturers. Conclusion： The established method can provide a reference for the rapid identi？cation of Ranitidine Hydrochloride Capsules from different manufacturers.
