摘　　要：医院饮食卫生安全是后勤保障的重要组成部分,做好医院饮食卫生工作,让官兵吃得营养、卫生、安全,是提升部队战斗力的基础和保证。医院高度重视饮食安全,强化饮食卫生管理标准,牢固履行为军服务职责,不断提高管理水平和服务质量,抓好医院的饮食卫生工作,积极发挥服务保障作用,使医院真正成为放心单位,食品卫生过得硬的单位。Hospital diet health and safety is an important part of logistics support. Doing a good job of dietetic hygiene in hospitals and providing officers and men with nutritious, healthy, safe food are the foundation and guarantee to enhance the combat effectiveness of the troops. Hospital attaches great importance to food safety, and strengthens the management standards of food hygiene, and firmly performs the duties of serving the army, and constantly improves the management level and quality of service. Doing a good job in the hospital＇s food and health work, and actively playing the role of service security, the hospital really become a unit that people are satisfied with and whose food is secure and safe.
