精神科护理管理中的法律风险管理研究

摘　　要：近年来,我国的精神卫生事业取得了卓有成效的发展,医院精神科病房管理逐渐走向了人性化、个性化道路,一方面为精神科患者提供了优质、舒适的护理服务;另一方面为医院整体服务质量的提升增添了新的动力。与其他科室护理工作有所不同,精神科护理工作存在一定的风险性,其法律风险管理受到了社会各界的高度关注。该研究介绍了医院法律风险管理的原则,着重分析了精神科护理法律风险管理的主要步骤,提出了精神科护理管理中的法律风险管理的有效策略,为精神科护理管理法律风险的防范提供参考。In recent years, China＇s mental health has made remarkable progress, and the development of hospital psychiatric ward management gradually turns to humanized and personalized, on the one hand providing for the psychiatric patients with high quality and comfortable care services; the other hand, adding a new impetus for improving the quality of service. Different from other departments care work, the psychiatric nursing work has certain risks; the legal risk management has been highly concerned among the community. This paper introduces the principles of hospital legal risk management, analyzes the main steps of legal risk management of psychiatric nursing, puts forward the effective strategies of legal risk management in psychiatric nursing management, and provides reference for the prevention of legal risk of psychiatric nursing management.
