摘　　要：目的分析和研究血液净化护理安全管理因素和应对措施。方法将该院在2014年1—12月期间收治的206例血液净化患者作为研究对象,采用常规护理管理(设为参照组);将该院在2015年1—12月期间收治的214例血液净化患者作为研究对象,加强护理安全管理(设为研究组),观察和比较两组患者不良事件的发生情况。结果在治疗护理期间,参照组患者的不良事件发生率为12.14%,研究组患者的不良事件发生率为3.27%,由此可以看出,研究组患者的不良事件发生率要显著低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在血液净化护理中加强护理安全因素管理,能够大大降低患者不良事件发生率,安全性显著提高。Objective This paper tries to analyze and study the safety management factors and countermeasures in blood purification nursing. Methods 206 patients with blood purification admitted in the hospital from January to December in2014 were selected as the research objects and treated with routine nursing management（taking as the control group）; 214 cases of patients with blood purification in this hospital from January to December in 2015 were selected and treated with the safety management nursing（taking as the research group）, the occurrence of adverse events in patients of the two groups were observed and compared. Results During the period of care, the incidence of adverse events was 12.14% in the control group, and 3.27% in the research group, thus the incidence of adverse events in patients in the research group was significantly lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Strengthening the management of nursing safety in blood purification can greatly reduce the incidence of adverse events in patients; significantly increase the security.
