摘　　要：相对其他护理工作来说,精神科护理不仅需要具备专业性,同时需要顾及其特殊性。精神科护理对象的特殊性,决定了精神科护理管理的重要性。护理管理不仅是衡量精神科护理质量的关键指标,同时关系着患者身心安全。在精神科护理过程中,必须加强责任明确管理,针对精神患者可能存在的安全隐患进行全面干预,并积极采取相应措施,提高安全护理管理质量与水平,确保精神科护理安全,减少不良医疗事故与纠纷。该研究主要探究分析责任分组护理在精神科病房护理管理中的应用效果,只有不断完善责任分组护理管理,才能促进患者早期康复,同时也能够显著提高护理质量。Compared with other nursing work, psychiatric nursing not only asks for professionalism, but also needs to consider its particularity. The particularity of psychiatric nursing objects determines the importance of psychiatric nursing management. Nursing management is not only the key index of measuring the quality of psychiatric nursing, but also relating to the patient＇s physical and mental safety. In the psychiatric nursing process, the responsibility management must be strengthened, a comprehensive intervention against the security risks of mental patients should be conducted, and corresponding measures to improve the safety of nursing management quality and level should be actively taken, the safety of psychiatric care shall be ensured, adverse medical accidents and disputes should be reduced. This study is mainly to explore the application effect of responsibility grouping nursing in nursing management in psychiatric wards, only by constantly improving the responsibility grouping nursing management can the early rehabilitation of patients be promoted, and the quality of nursing can be significantly improved.
