摘　　要：艾灸是临床时广泛采用的疗法,但随着人们对环境健康的关注,其烟雾的安全性已经成为制约艾灸疗法传承与发展的重要障碍。该文对艾烟的临床安全问题进行了比较深入的探讨,但同时也指出,艾烟对人体的不良影响并没有确切的临床依据,艾灸的显著临床价值仍然是值得肯定的,因此必须有科学全面的方案评价艾烟的安全性。Moxibustion is widely used in clinical treatment. As people pay more and more attention to the environment and health, the security of moxibustion smoke has become an obstacle that restricts the inheritance and development of moxibustion. The clinical security of moxibustion smoke is discussed profoundly in this paper. It also shows that there is no exact clinical evidence that moxibustion smoke is harmful to people and the clinical value is still worthy of affirmation. Therefore, scientific and complete scheme is needed to assess security of moxibustion smoke.
