摘　　要："园区式"中央空调系统在使用过程中存在机动性和特殊性:它既要兼顾时间差异,人群差异,活动状态差异,又要考虑突发使用需求。针对繁杂的相互影响的多元化因素,单凭感性地"堆砌"或者"消减"负荷需求不具备说服力。所以只有建立可行的科学方法,认真研究负荷变化规律,并依据计算结果进行合理地分析,才能优化选择主机和设备,再根据可能的偶然情况需求完善调控方案,做到兼顾投资、使用、节约等各方面,满足业主任务要求,完成合格的设计产品。'Park' type central air conditioning system exist when using mobility and particularity, as well as time difference, give attention to two or morethings crowd differences, activity, and to consider emergency use requirements. As long as to establish a feasible method, a careful study load variation, and on the basis of the calculation results are reasonable analysis, can correct selection of the equipment, and establish the perfect control scheme, finally completed a qualified good design,in the investment, use, save all aspects to meet the requirements of the owner.
