摘　　要：科技创新作为区域经济发展的重要推动力量,在地方经济发展中的作用日趋显著。在构建科技创新体系动力机制的基础上,针对性地提出了科技创新体制改革应尊重市场、转变政府角色、优化创新资源等对策。As an important driving force of regional economic development, scientific and technologicalinnovation plays a more and more important role in local economic development. On the basis of constructing thedynamic mechanism of the scientific and technological innovation system,this paper puts forward a series ofcountermeasures,such as respecting the market, changing the role of the government and optimizing theinnovation resources.
