摘　　要：针对传统堆垛机仓储物流系统面临效率提升瓶颈、高能耗、扩展性差等问题,开发一种以多层堆垛机为核心设备的新型仓储物流系统.以具体案例为导向,对该设备的构成和总体方案、电控系统、计算机信息系统、管理模式、技术特点进行介绍,分析了该多层堆垛机仓储物流系统相对于传统堆垛机仓储物流系统的技术优势.Under the background of traditional stacker warehousing logistics system is faced with the problem of poor efficiency,poor scalability and high energy consumption,the paper introduces a new type of logistics system based on multilayer stacker as the core storage and retrieval devices,case oriented,the equipment composition,The determination of overall scheme,electronic control system,computer information system,technical features and management mode,compared with the traditional warehouse logistics system of stacker technical advantages to do a specific description and analysis.
