摘　　要：清河水库供水取水头部闸门竖井采用滑模施工方案,成功解决了施工工期紧、强度大、施工技术要求高的难题,优化了施工质量,取得了良好效果,为滑模施工技术在实际工程中的应用积累了经验。The slip form construction scheme was adopted at the forepart of water intake gate shaft in the Qinghe Reservoir water supply project. The scheme has successfully solved problems of work period, concrete construction strength and technical requirements, and optimized the construction quality with a good result. The technology accumulated construction experience for the practical engineering.
