摘  要:目的:建立火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定乳酸盐血滤置换液中钾(K)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、钠(Na)4种金属元素的含量。方法:采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法,钠、镁元素以氯化锶为掩蔽剂,钙元素以氧化镧为掩蔽剂,钾、钙、镁、钠4种元素分别于766.5、422.7、285.2、589.0nm波长处进行测定。结果:钾元素在0.202 9~1.622 8μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 5),平均加样回收率(98.1±0.98)%;钙元素在5.070 4~15.210 0μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率(100.0±1.80)%;镁元素在0.080 0~0.400 0μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 6),平均加样回收率(100.4±1.60)%;钠元素在0.204 4~1.635 6μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 3),平均加样回收率(100.7±1.91)%。结论:火焰原子吸收分光光度法操作简便快速,结果准确可靠,重复性好,适用于乳酸盐血滤置换液的质量控制。Objective:To establish a flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS)for contents determination of four metallic elements,namely potassium,calcium,magnesium and sodium in the lactate hemofiltration displacement solution(LHDS).Methods:Potassium,calcium,magnesium and sodium ions were determined at the frequencies of 766.5,422.7,285.2 and589.0 nm by FAAS,using strontium chloride as the masking agent for sodium and magnesiu,and lanthanum oxide as the masking agent for calcium.Results:Potassium was in good linearity within the ranges of 0.202 9-1.622 8μg/ml(r=0.999 5),with an average recovery rate of(98.1±0.98)%.Calcium was in good linearity within the ranges of 5.070 4-15.210 0μg/ml(r=0.999 9),with an average recovery rate of(100.0±1.80)%.Magnesium was in good linearity within the ranges of 0.080 0-0.400 0μg/ml(r=0.999 6),with an average recovery rate of(100.4±1.60)%.Sodium was also in good linearity within the ranges of 0.204 4-1.635 6μg/ml(r=0.999 3),with an average recovery rate of(100.7±1.91)%.Conclusion:The method was simple,rapid,accurate,stable and reproducible,Which could be used for quality control of LHDS.
