摘　　要：介绍一种适用于海洋石油开发设施的新型组合式吸力锚的结构形式,主要性能以及建造、海上拖航和安装方案,说明该类型组合式吸力锚具有良好的承载力性能和拖航稳性,同时其建造和海上安装简易。A combined suction anchor suitable for the facilities in ocean petroleum development was introduced,including in the structure,main performance,fabrication plan,towing plan and installation plan. This type of combined suction anchor has good bearing capacity,performance and towing stability. Its fabrication and offshore installation plan is simple and feasible.
