摘  要:针对海洋桩腿内壁缺陷检测需求,提出根据拍摄到的桩腿内壁图像自适应调整相机曝光时间的控制方法;研究了适用的图像处理算法,准确可靠地获得缺陷的外轮廓数据,利用CCD摄像机和普通LED光源形成传感器,结合应用软件,实现缺陷的自动检测,实验结果表明,该系统能够实现黑暗环境下桩腿内壁缺陷的检测。Based on vision measurement technology,an itinerate detection system for the inside walls defects of platform legs was developed. Using CCD camera and LED light source as the sensor,the system can achieve automatic detection of defects combined with the self-developed software. A novel exposure time adjusting method according to the image of platform legs inside walls was proposed. The image processing algorithm was studied to implement the extraction of the contour of defects. Experimental results showed that the system can realize detection for platform legs inside walls defects.
