摘  要:目的针对小区开放后对周边道路通行的影响问题,建立评价指标体系以及小区开放前后道路通行能力模型,并从交通通行的角度,向城市规划和管理部门给出关于小区开放的合理化建议。方法对于指标体系的构建,通过查阅大量的文献资料之后,运用综合分析法和频度分析法,将现存的指标群进行分析、归纳,找出与之相关的出现频率最高的指标,大概确定与道路通行相关的指标,再经过筛选并根据研究问题的需要,确定其他主要指标;对于小区开放前后通行能力模型的建立,利用空隙可接受理论与概率分析的方法,分别对单车道、多车道单车型下的环岛通进口道通行能力建立模型,比较小区开放前后入口道通行能力的变化,分析小区开放前后道路车流量变化对周边公共道路车流量变化的影响。结果小区开放以后,小区内公共车道数量增加,入口道的通行能力降低,即相应的周边公共道路的通行能力增强。结论在不考虑小区上下班拥堵高峰期、小区外部道路等情况下,实施住宅小区和单位大院开放政策,可以使小区内公共道路车流量在一定范围内增加。由于单位时间内两点间穿行小区道路和周边公共道路的总车流量一定,当小区内公共道路车流量增加时,在误差允许范围内,可以认为小区周边公共道路车流量相应的减少,即小区周边的公共道路通行能力得到较大提高。Objective In view of the impact of the housing area opening on the surrounding traffic,to establish the evaluation index system and traffic capacity model before and after the housing area opening,and then give reasonable proposals for opening the housing area to the city planning and management departments from the angle of the traffic.Methods For the construction of index system,by consulting a large number of literature and data,the comprehensive analysis and frequency analysis were used to summarize and analyze the existing index group.First it was to find out the related highest frequency index,probably determine index related to road passage,and then filter and determine other key indicators according to the needs of the research question;to establish capacity model before and after the housing area opening,based on the theory of acceptable space and probability analysis,the model for the traffic capacity about roundabout though single lane and multi-lane with single vehicle is proposed.The changes of entrance road capacity before and after the opening was compared,and the influence of the change of road traffic flow on the surrounding public road traffic flow before and after the opening was analyzed.Results After the housing area opening,the number of public lanes in the area increased,and the capacity of the entrance road was reduced after the opening,that is to say,the capacity of the surrounding public roads was enhanced.Conclusion Without considering the rush hour of traffic congestion and the road outside the residential area,the opening policy of residential area and units should be implemented,so that the public road traffic within the area will increase in a certain range.As the total traffic flow per unit time through residential roads and surrounding public roads is definite,when the public road traffic flow increases in the area,within the allowable range of the error,it is considered that the public road traffic flow around the community will decrease accordingly,that is,the public road capaci
