摘　　要：随着我国高等教育的不断改革和普及,高校学生管理工作中存在的问题逐渐显露,使其进一步发展受到了很大的挑战。论文将引入"精准化管理"的理念,从精准化角度分析和探究目前高校学生管理工作的现状和存在的问题,并从新常态下的"精准管理"角度来探索高校辅导员精准管理学生工作的路径,促进高校管理工作的进一步发展。With the continuous reform and popularization of education in China, the problems existing in the management of college students are gradually revealed, which has greatly challenged their further development. The paper will introduce the concept of 'Precision Management', analyzes and explores the current situation and existing problems of students' management in colleges and universities from the perspective of precision, and explores the path of precise management of students' work in colleges and universities from the perspective of 'Precision Management' under the new normal, and promotes the further development of university management.
