镫骨肌声反射及纯音听阈在中重度感音神经性耳聋中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨纯音听阈及镫骨肌声反射检测在中重度感音神经性耳聋患者的应用价值。方法选取本院2016年3月~2017年3月就诊的64例中重度感音神经性耳聋患者,治疗期间每隔3~7 d对患者进行纯音听阈、镫骨肌声反射联合检测,并根据检测结果合理调整治疗方案,记录检测不同时间点的检测结果。结果治疗后不同时间点听纯音阈测试结果均低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后不同时间点镫骨肌声反射通过耳数量均比治疗前高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论镫骨肌声反射及镫骨肌声反射对纯音听阈水平变化能够做出快速准确的反应,与纯音听阈测试联合使用可客观评价中重度感音神经性患者的听力恢复情况,评估治疗方案的疗效。Objective To explore the value of pure tone hearing and stapedial muscle acoustic reflex detection in patients with moderate to severe sensorineural hearing loss. Methods A total of 64 patients with moderate to severe sensorineural deafness were enrolled in our hospital from June to June in 2016, and the patients were treated with pure tone auditory threshold and stapedius muscle refex every 3 to 7 days during treatment.The results of reasonable adjustment of treatment programs, records the detection of different time points of the test results. Results （P〈0.05）. At the different time points after treatment, the number of ears through the ear was higher than that before treatment （P〈0.05）. There was no signifcant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Stapes Muscle Acoustic Reflex and Stapes Muscle Acoustic Reflex can make a quick and accurate response to changes in the level of pure tone hearing, combined with the pure tone auditory threshold test to evaluate the hearing recovery of patients with moderate to severe sensorineitis and evaluate the efficacy of the treatment regimen.
