摘　　要：近年来,我国"一带一路"倡议的推进和西部大开发战略的深入展开,以及2016年我国获得对巴基斯坦瓜达尔港口运营权,为新疆农产品的出口贸易带来了巨大发展机遇。通过比较"一带一路"倡议前和"一带一路"倡议后新疆农产品出口贸易变化情况,针对新疆农产品出口贸易中存在的问题,并结合"十三五"发展实际,提出"一带一路"倡议下新疆农产品出口健康发展的对策建议。In recent years, in order to promote the western development propose of China’s “ The Belt and Road” initiativelaunched in 2016 and China on Pakistan Gwadar Port operating rights,it has brought great opportunitiesSinkiang agricultural products export trade. Through the comparison of “ The Belt and Road” initiative,before and after “ TheBelt and Road” initiative of the Sinkiang agricultural product export trade change,existing in Sinkiang agricultural products ex-port trade problems,combined with the actual development of the “ 13th Five - Year”,“ The Belt and Road” initiative underthe Sinkiang agricultural products export healthy development countermeasures.
