摘　　要：社区作为社会治理的终端,成为当前城镇化背景下开展青少年工作的重要平台,运用文献研究、实地调研和深入访谈的方法,对当前F市闲散青少年管理工作实践进行分析,提出通过加强社区预防、提供有效资源供给、借助专业的社会组织力量对社区的支持,促进闲散青少年健康成长,进而思考城市化背景之下社区闲散青少年管理的有效方式,为相关部门开展青年工作提供决策参考。As the terminal of social governance, the community has become an important platform for youth work in the context of current urbanization. Using the methods of literature analysis and investigation, this paper investigates the current situation of the management of idle teenagers in the community, and focuses on the typical problems such as the staff constitution, the activity content and effect question, the work idea and so on. It is proposed that we should strengthen the community prevention measures, provide effective resources and professional support so as to offer some insights for the establishment of effective modes of managing idle teenagers in the community.
