摘　　要：随着IPTV用户数量的急剧增加,IPTV承载网络面临着更大的运行压力。当IPTV传输链路的任何一个环节出现问题时,都可能导致用户观看电视时出现马赛克、图像卡顿、和声音断断续续,严重时甚至可能使用户无法观看。而目前缺乏较有效的IPTV服务质量监测和评估手段,无法进行主动监控和定位故障环节、故障现象难以捕捉等问题,造成了解决用户投诉问题效率低下等问题。主要研究在城域网IPTV视频质量监控系统部署,包括系统的实现方式、应关注的指标、部署的位置、实现的功能等内容。With the rapid increase in the number of IPTV subscribers,IPTV network is facing greater operating pressure. When there is a problem with any aspect of the IPTV transmission link,it may cause the user to watch the mosaic,and the sound intermittently,and may even make the user unable to watch. And the lack of effective IPTV quality of service monitoring and evaluation means,it can't carry out active monitoring and positioning fault links,fault phenomena difficult to capture and other issues,resulting in the problem of low efficiency and other issues to solve the user complaints. It mainly studies the deployment of IPTV video quality monitoring system in MAN,including the way of system implementation,the indicators that should be paid attention,the location of the deployment,the function of realization and so on.
