刮痧治疗感冒后咳嗽随机对照临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究刮痧对感冒后咳嗽治疗的临床疗效评价。方法:按照临床随机对照原则,将72例感冒后咳嗽的患者随机分为刮痧组和假刮痧组,每组各36例。2组均刮拭背部督脉、背部足太阳膀胱经第一侧线、上肢内侧手太阴肺经、云门、中府、膻中及合谷穴。刮痧组要求出痧;假刮痧组刮拭部位同刮痧组,以皮肤红润为度,不要求出痧。每周治疗1次,共治疗2次。并于第1次和第2次治疗前后比较2组咳嗽积分变化、总有效率。结果:2组咳嗽积分在第1、2次治疗后均有下降,组内比较均P<0.05,组间比较P<0.05;第2次治疗结束后刮痧组总有效率94.4%,假刮痧组总有效率为66.7%,2组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:刮痧可以明显降低感冒后咳嗽的积分,治疗效果显著。Objective： to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Gua Sha（scraping） in the treatment of cough after a cold. Methods： According to the clinical randomized control principle,72 patients with cough after a cold were randomly divided into guasha group and sham guasha group,36 cases in each group. Both groups were scraped on DU meridian on the back,the first lateral line of the bladder meridian of foot-taiyang on the back,the inside of upper limbs of the lung meridian of hand-taiyin,LU 2（yún mén）,LU 1（zhōng fǔ）,RN 17（dàn zhōng）,and LI 4（hé gǔ）. Guasha group scraped sha（rash-like spots） while sham guasha group scraped until the skin got red without sha. The treatment was performed two times,once a week. Compare the coughing integral changes and total effective rates of two times before and after treatment respectively. Results： The coughing integrals of both groups of two times decreased after treatment,P〈0. 05 of intra group comparison,and P〈0. 05 of comparison between groups; after the 2 nd treatment,the total effective rate of guasha group was 94. 4%,sham group 66. 7%; the difference was significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Gua Sha can obviously reduce the integral of cough after a cold and the curative effect is remarkable.
