摘　　要：目的依据张家口孕产妇死亡数据分析本地孕产妇死亡的主要原因,探讨降低孕产妇死亡的适宜方法和途径,为卫生行政部门制定相关政策提供可靠的理论依据。方法对2009—2015年张家口所辖18个县区的孕产妇死亡监测资料进行回顾性分析,分析其死因构成等指标并提出应对策略。结果 7年来张家口市孕产妇死亡率基本呈稳定下降趋势,孕产妇前三位死因顺位依次是:羊水栓塞、产后宫缩乏力、静脉血栓形成及肺栓塞征。结论提高产科医护人员业务素质,加速培养产科专业队伍及妇女保健专业人员,落实孕产妇系统保健管理措施,重点加强高危妊娠管理,加大孕产期保健知识的宣教力度是降低孕产妇死亡率的有效对策。Objective To analyze the maternal death in Zhangjiakou and the main reasons for the local maternal mortality,to explore suitable methods to reduce the maternal mortality,and to provide reliable theoretical basis for health administrative departments to formulate relevant policies.Methods Maternal death monitoring data of 18 counties in Zhangjiakou from 2009—2015 was analyzed retrospectively,and the causes of maternal death were analyzed and countermeasures were put forward.Results In the past 7 years,the mortality rate of maternal death in Zhangjiakou has decreased steadily.The three leading causes of maternal death are amniotic fluid embolism,postpartum uterine atony,venous thrombosis and pulmonary embolism syndrome.Conclusion To improve the quality of nursing staff in obstetrics,accelerate the training of obstetric professional team and women's health care professionals,implement of maternal health care system management measures,strengthen the management of high risk pregnancy and increase the propaganda of maternal health knowledge are the effective strategies to reduce maternal mortality.
