摘  要:目的探讨富露施对稳定期COPD患者IL-8、T细胞亚群的变化特点及BODE评分的影响。方法选取我院2016年1月~2017年2月收治的稳定期COPD患者80例,男42例,女38例。入选患者随机分为治疗组(A组)和对照组(B组)各40例。对照组予以沙美特罗氟替卡松50/250μg bid吸入治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上加用富露施600 mg bid口服辅助治疗2月。两组治疗前均行IL-8检测、T细胞亚群及BODE评分,2月后复查上述指标。结果治疗后两组IL-8水平及BODE评分有不同程度改善,两组间IL-8及BODE评分改善程度不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。T淋巴细胞CD8+下降水平较对照组均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论富露施对稳定期COPD患者可降低IL-8水平,改善气道炎症状态,降低BODE指数评分,改善免疫抑制状态,提高免疫功能,从而改善患者的生活质量及预后。Objective To investigate FuLuShi on IL-8 patients with stable COPD, change characteristics of the BODE and T cell subsets score. Methods From January 2016~2017 year in February 80 cases of patients with stable COPD,42 cases of male,female 38 cases. Patients were randomly divided into treatment group (A group) and control group (B group) 40 cases each. The control group was given the Shah Mette Lo 50/250 g bid futicasone inhalation treatment; the treatment group in the control group based on the use of Fluimucil 600 mg bid oral adjuvant treatment in February. The two groups before treatment were tested by IL-8,T cell subsets and BODE score were measured before and after February. The BODE IL-8 levels of the two groups after treatment were improved in different degrees,between the two groups IL-8 and BODE were improved in different degrees, the difference was statistically signifcant (P〈0.05).T lymphocytes decreased levels of CD8+ were signifcantly decreased compared with the control group, there was statistical signifcance (P〈0.05). Conclusion The Fluimucil in stable COPD patients can reduce the level of IL-8, improve the status of airway infammation, reduce BODE score, improve the immune suppression, improve immune function, so as to improve the patients' health Quality of life and prognosis.
