摘  要:综述了液相催化氧化法脱除硫化氢方法中的砷基工艺、钒基工艺、铁基工艺以及一些新兴工艺。由于砷基工艺含有砷等剧毒物质,目前该法已被其他方法所取代;钒基工艺主要有ADA法、改良ADA法、MSQ法、栲胶法等,改良ADA法广泛应用于天然气、焦炉气和氨合成气等脱除H_2S气体;铁基工艺是目前工业化应用较广泛的工艺,脱硫效率高,但存在催化剂需要合成或副产物需要定时清理等问题;一些新兴工艺研究,如PDS法、888法、DDS法,具有催化剂活性高、用量少、无毒性等优点,但单独使用存在脱硫效率低、易堵塔等问题。综上所述,开发一种低成本脱硫工艺及高效脱硫剂,将是今后研究的主要方向。The main method of liquid phase catalytic oxidation removing hydrogen sulfide in arsenic-based process, vanadium-based process, iron-based process and some new technologies was reviewed. Arsenic-based process was replaced by other methods because of the process contained arsenic and other highly toxic substances in the current method. Vanadium-based processes include ADA, modified ADA, MSQ, and Tannin extracts, modified ADA method was widely used in natural gas, coke oven gas and ammonia synthesis gas and other hydrogen sulfide gas removal. Iron-based process with its high desulfurization efficiency had a wide range of application in the process of industrial desulfurization, but there was still a need for catalyst synthesis, by-products cleaning and other issues. Meanwhile some new technologies, such as PDS method, 888 method, DDS method, those had the advantage of high catalytic activity, low consumption and non-toxic. However some disadvantages like low desulfurization efficiency, easy to plug tower and so on when they were used exclusively. In summary the research on developing a low-cost desulfurization process and high-efficiency desulfurization agent will be the hot domain.
