摘 要:随着大准铁路公司机车运用和检修模式的变化,机车运用效率进一步提高,专业分工更加明确,对机车整备作业提出了更高要求。针对现有机车整备管理流程繁琐、查询统计困难、信息不能共享等问题,设计机车整备管理信息系统的总体结构,并阐述了系统主要模块及功能,探索开发了信息系统。同时,介绍了信息系统的基本思路、功能特点、解决方案,重点阐述了其主要功能,如整备场电子地图、机车整备管理、整备场视频监控等。文章从机车整备实际出发,提出开发基于多层分布式结构的信息系统,有利于提高机车整备作业质量和效率,降低工人的劳动强度,保证机车整备工作顺利进行。With the change of locomotive operation and maintenance mode of Dazhun Railway Company of Shenhua Zhunneng Group,the utilization efficiency of locomotive is further improved,professional divisionof labor more clear,it put forward higher requirements on locomotive servicing. In view of those questionsthat the existing locomotive servicing management process is cumbersome, and the query statistic is diffi-cult,and the information cannot be shared etc,we design overall structure of the locomotive servicing management information system. And expound the main modules and its functions in the system,explore and develop the information system. Meanwhile,the basic ideas,functions and characteristics,solutions of the infor-mation system are introduced. Finally,the main functions of this system are expounded,such as servicingfield map,locomotive servicing management,video monitoring of service field etc. This paper from the reali-ty of the locomotive servicing,and put forward the development of information system based on multilayerdistributed structure,it is conducive to improve locomotive servicing quality and efficiency,and reduce thelabor intensity of workers,ensure that locomotive servicing works smoothly.
