摘　　要：在5G技术到来之前,4G+仍然是运营商网络演进的主要方向,同时2G用户迁转及资源重耕也是运营商的关注重点,但是网络演进和转型越来越受到终端的牵制,直接影响运营商策略的落地实施效果。所以,在该背景下分析了3种主要典型需求场景,高峰值速率、大容量小区和低成本语音,针对这3种场景分析了主要可用的技术和在当前终端的实现,同时结合中国联通网络现状,最终提出了面向这3种需求场景的4G/4G+终端的定制策略建议。Before the arrival of 5 G,4 G＋ is still the main direction of the network evolution,and operators are also focus on 2 G users＇ migration and frequency resource re-farming,but the terminal is increasingly affect the network evolution and implementation effect of operators＇ strategies. It mainly analyzes three typical deployment scenarios,the high peak rate,large capacity,and low-cost speech,including the main technology available and the current implementation of terminals. Combined with the China Unicom network status,we finally propose some suggestions for the 4 G/4 G＋ terminal customization strategy which would be suitable for the three typical deployment scenarios.
