摘　　要：针对当前电信运营商移动分组网络内容计费方面出现的新风险,通过解读典型案例的方式,揭示了新风险的形成原因和危害,最后结合电信运营商网络和业务运营现状给出了可行性的应对策略和建议。With the fast development of mobile data service,some unexposed risk of the content based charging for the mobile data network have gradually emerged. Three typical cases are analyzed to show the forming reasons of these risks. According to the mobile packet network situation and the service environment,the corresponding strategy is proposed to solve these problems.
