摘　　要：加强湖泊巡查、健全巡查机制、加强科学监测、建设管控站网、提高管控能力是湖泊管理能力建设的重要内容和体现。对江苏省管湖泊现状存在问题进行了梳理和研究,提出解决措施方法,介绍了各部分设计思路及功能实现,为国内河湖库水利工程的管理能力建设提供参考。Capacity building for lake management can be enhanced by strengthening inspection and scientific monitoring, as well as improving mechanism with construction of control and monitoring stations. Based on summary and examination on challenges faced by lake management in Jiangsu Province, measures are proposed with an introduction on ideas of design and how to realize functions of each part, so that other projects can learn from their experiences.
