江苏黄墩湖滞洪区调度运用方案分析与探讨

摘  要:针对江苏省黄墩湖滞洪区在沂沭泗流域防洪工程体系中的地位与作用,利用DHI开发的MIKE 21软件建立骆马湖二维水动力模型,分析研究黄墩湖滞洪区启用标准以及调度运用方案。通过骆马湖入湖洪水过程分析,掌握了骆马湖入湖洪水特征和洪峰间隔。运用模型模拟了不同设计标准下骆马湖水位变化过程,分析了黄墩湖滞洪区启用标准,阐述了不同阶段入湖洪峰对骆马湖水位的影响程度,明确了黄墩湖滞洪区调度运用控制水位和各阶段的预警时间,落实了调度运用各阶段的主要工作内容。研究成果可为骆马湖防汛形势预判和黄墩湖滞洪区滞洪调度运用提供参考。In order to analyze the opening criterion and scheduling the use of programs of Huangdun Lake detention area, we take advantages of MIKE21 developed by DHI to establish two dimensional hydrodynamic model of Luoma Lake, in consideration of the position and function of Huangdun Lake in the flood control engineering system of Yishusi Watershed. Through analyzing the process of flood into Luoma Lake, thecharacteristics of flood and the peak interval of Luoma Lake are mastered. The model was used to simulate the changes of water level in Luoma Lake under different design standards, analyze the opening criterion of Huangdun Lake detention area, elaborate the influence of flood peak on the water level of Luoma Lake at different stages, definite the warning time of controlling the water level and the processes, and commit the main working contents of the implementation in different stages. The research can provide a reference for the pre-judgment of flood prevention situation in Luoma Lake and the use of Huangdun Lake flood detention area.
