摘 要:目的探究门诊信息化管理系统运用在患者就诊流程中的价值。方法将运用信息化的门诊(2016年5月—2017年5月)作为研究组,将运用信息化之前的门诊(2015年5月—2016年5月)作为对照组,比较医院门诊信息化管理系统运用前后的患者满意程度及健康教育的掌握程度。结果研究组总满意度(96.9%)远高于对照组患者的满意度(85.1%)(χ~2=8.590 0,P=0.003 4);研究组健康教育知识的掌握率为(88.8%)远高于对照组患者的健康教育掌握率(78.7%)(χ~2=4.730 7,P=0.029 6)。结论门诊信息化管理系统的运用后使得就诊患者对医院的满意度提高,对健康教育知识的掌握程度也更好,效果显著,值得推广使用。Objective To study the application value of outpatient information management system in the medical process of patients.Methods The research group adopted the informative clinic(from May 2016 to May 2017) and the control group adopted the clinic before the application of information(from May 2015 to May 2016),and the satisfactory degree and mastery degree of health education before and after the application of hospital outpatient information management system were compared.Results The total satisfactory degree in the research group was much higher than that in the control group,(96.9% vs 85.1%)(χ2=8.590 0,P=0.003 4);the mastery rate of health education knowledge in the research group was much higher than that in the control group,(88.8% vs 78.7%)(χ2=4.730 7,P =0.029 6).Conclusion The outpatient informative management system can improve the satisfactory degree and mastery degree of health education knowledge and the effect is obvious,which is worth promotion and application.
