摘　　要：目的:通过随机对照实验比较正常颌患者和无牙颌患者下牙槽神经阻滞麻醉的效果。方法:用传统法分别对健康正常颌患者和健康无牙颌患者共32例进行下牙槽神经阻滞麻醉,比较两者麻醉失败率。结果 :正常颌患者麻醉失败率为12.5%,无牙颌患者麻醉失败率为37.5%,差异有统计学意义。结论 :无牙颌患者麻醉失败率高于正常颌患者。Objective：To compare the effect of the inferior alveolar nerve block anesthesia between patients with normal teeth and jaw and patients had no teeth and jaw.Methods：32 patients were divided into control group and no-teeth jaws group.All patients were administrated with inferior alveolar nerve block anesthesia by using traditional method.The failure rate of two groups were compared.Results：Failure rates of jaws anesthesia in patients with normal teeth and jaw was 12.5%,the failure rate was 37.5% in patients of no-teeth jaws group.The difference was obviously significant.Conclusion：The failure rate of anesthesia in no-teeth jaws patients was higher than that in control group patients.
