经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗前列腺增生的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析采用经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗前列腺增生患者的临床效果。方法抽取2013年11月至2015年11月在濮阳市人民医院治疗的前列腺增生患者80例,经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗的40例患者作为观察组,经尿道前列腺电切术治疗的40例患者作为对照组,对比观察两组患者治疗效果、手术情况和治疗前后前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、平均最大尿流量(Q_(max))、剩余尿量(PVR)和生活质量评分(QOL)。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.5%,对照组为95.0%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术中出血量、手术时间、膀胱冲洗用时均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组IPSS、Q_(max)、PVR、QOL评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗前列腺增生疗效确切,可有效缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,提高患者生活质量。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of transurethral vaporization of prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods 80 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were divided into two groups from November of 2013 to November of 2015 in the People's Hospital of Puyang City. 40 patients treated by transurethral vaporization of the prostate were selected as observation group,and 40 patients treated by transurethral resection of the prostate as control group. The clinical effects,surgical conditions and IPSS,Qmax,PVR,QOL scores before and after treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97. 5%,and the control group was 95. 0%,there was no significant difference between two groups( P > 0. 05). The intraoperative bleeding volume,operation time,time of bladder irrigation in the observation group were superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). IPSS,Qmax,PVR,QOL scores of observation group were superior to control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of transurethral vaporization of the prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients is accurate,which can effectively shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of bleeding and improve the life quality of patients.
