摘　　要：中国在新挑战下提出了建设"21世纪海上丝绸之路"的伟大构想。东盟是"丝绸之路"的重要板块,而新加坡则堪称重中之重,在"丝绸之路"建设中的地位和作用不可小觑。进一步深化中国与新加坡之间的经贸合作符合新时期新常态的背景要求,顺应时代发展潮流。笔者对《中国—新加坡自由贸易协定》签署前后的贸易效应进行了研究,研究结果表明:中国—新加坡自由贸易区的建立给两国经济和双边贸易带来了积极的正面效应。要促进中国—新加坡自由贸易区深化发展,应积极推动我国企业"走出去";优化投资环境;深入开展政府间合作;优化贸易出口结构。Under the new challenge,China has put forward the great idea of building the＂21 st Century Sea Silk Road＂. ASEAN is an important part of the＂Silk Road＂,and Singapore is a heavy medium with an underestimated role in the＂Silk Road＂construction. It is the requirement of the new normal background and the developing trend to further deepen the economic and trade cooperation between China and Singapore. The paper studied the trade effect before and after the signing of the China-Singapore Free Trade Agreement.The results show that the establishment of China-Singapore free Trade area has brought positive effect to both countries＇ economy and bilateral trade. To promote the further development of China-Singapore free Trade Area,it is necessary to actively promote the＂going out＂of Chinese enterprises,optimize the investment environment,deepen the cooperation between governments and optimize the export structure of trade.
