摘 要:[目的]探讨不同营养护理方案对重症颅脑损伤病人营养炎性状态的影响。[方法]选取科室2016年8月—2016年12月收治的60例重症颅脑损伤病人作为观察组,给予精细化营养护理;选取2016年4月—2016年7月收治的50例重症颅脑损伤病人为对照组,采用常规营养护理。比较两组护理1d、10d的营养、炎性指标以及格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)。[结果]观察组护理10d时的白蛋白、转铁蛋白、GCS评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),白细胞介素6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]精细化营养护理能改善重症颅脑损伤病人的营养指标和炎性状态,促进神经功能的恢复。Objective:To probe into the effect of different nutritional nursing programs on nutritional inflammatory state of patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods:A total of 60 cases of severe craniocerebral injury patients from August 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the observation group,and they were given the fine nutritional care.A total of 50 cases of severe craniocerebral injury patients from April 2016 to July 2016 were selected as control group,and they were given routine conventional nutritional care.The nutrition,inflammatory indexes and Glasgow coma score(GCS)were compared between the two groups on the 1 st day and 10 th day with nursing care.Results:The albumin,transferrin and GCS score in observation group on the 10 th day were higher than those in control group(P<0.05),while the levels of interleukin 6(IL-6)and C reactive protein(CRP)were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The fine nutrition nursing can improve the nutritional index and inflammatory state of patients with severe craniocerebral injury,and promote the recovery of nerve function.
