摘　　要：伴随着建筑工程的不断发展与壮大,工程项目已经成为当下社会较大的创收点之一,因此各种建筑工程项目不断增多,带来的是施工单位对于工程技术和施工现场管理更多的思考。通过分析建筑工程技术现场施工管理的重要性,从技术方面和管理方面分析了建筑工程实际施工现场管理中容易出现的问题,并提出了建筑施工工程施工现场的管理措施。With the continuous development of construction engineering and development,engineering projects,and become one of the present social larger revenue point,so the increasing of various construction projects,is brought about by the construction unit for engineering and construction site management more thinking. In this article,through analyzing the importance of the construction site construction management,construction project from the aspects of technology and management analysis problems in practical construction site management,puts forward the construction engineering construction site management measures.
