新规则对男子手枪速射项目的影响与对策研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、专家访谈法研究新规则的变化对手枪速射的影响,并提出相应的对策。研究结果显示:1)新规则下比赛器材的变化,增加了运动员据枪稳定和瞄扣技术的难度;2)新规则下淘汰赛制和比赛环境的改变,增加了比赛结果的不确定性,对运动员的心理稳定性提出了更高的要求;3)新规则下决赛赛制的变化,由精度射击变为密度射击,4秒射击成为取得比赛胜利的关键因素。针对上述变化提出相关的对策。The research mainly adopted the methods of expert interview and literature material tostudy the change of the new rules for the rapid fire pistol man athlete＇s technology, and putforward the corresponding countermeasures for training. The results showed： 1 ） the gameequipment changes under the new rules increase the athletes gun stability and targeted technicaldifficulty, 2） under the new rules knockout format and the change of environment increase theuncertainty of the result of the match, puts forward higher requirements on the athletes ＇psychological stability, 3） final format changes under the new rules, changing from precisionshooting into a stable density shooting accuracy, four second shooting becomes the key factor ofwinning the game. Some training countermeasures are put forward for the above changes.
