中美高校三大球竞赛现状比较分析

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,对比中国、美国高校三大球联赛系统的发展,从竞赛组织管理、联赛运作、竞赛保障、人才引进等方面对我国高校三大球联赛系统发展的不足及影响因素进行系统分析。研究发现:我国高校三大球组织管理体系较为冗繁,组织管理效率低;高校三大球联赛保障体系不完善,缺乏对高校运动员的学习及生活保障措施;高校三大球联赛运行管理以政府行政为主导,缺乏市场调控机制;我国高校三大球联赛竞赛水平不高,影响了三大球竞赛文化氛围的形成。This study using the literature material method, logic analysis, compared thedevelopment of leagues of basketball, soccer, volleyball （three ball leagues） in universities ofChina and America. From the aspects of competition organization, management, guarantee,talent introduction, it analyzed the deficiencies of college three ball leagues in China. Studyfound that our organization and management system is relatively miscellaneous, The guaranteesystem of college three ball leagues is imperfect, in lack of guarantee measures in study and lifeof athletes. Administration of government is the leading management, lack of market regulationand control mechanism, Our college three ball competition level is not high, which hasinfluenced the formation of three ball race culture.
