中外优秀女排主攻手扣球技术动作的对比分析

摘　　要：采用三维摄像、观察、技术统计等方法,对中外优秀女排主攻手扣球技术进行解析和研究。结果显示:中外优秀女排主攻手扣球助跑速度的平均值为3.84m/s,扣球最大球速的平均值为24.36m/s,击球高度的平均值为2.92m;空中击球动作都带有明显的前冲动作;中国女排主攻手与国外优秀主攻手相比,在扣球成功率、击球高度、击球速度等方面存在一定的差距。Based on the 3D kinematic analysis,observations,and technical statistics,this paper studies the spike techniques of some excellent female volleyball attackers both at home and abroad. The study shows that 1) the attackers' spike approach speed is about 4m/s,their maximum speed of spike about 30m/s,and their hitting height more than 2. 9m; 2) they have an obvious forward movement when hitting the ball; 3) compared with their foreign counterparts,Chinese female attackers lag behind in rate of successful spikes,hitting height,and spike velocity.
